I & R provides essential information to people with disabilities who want to make changes in their personal living situation, education, employment or other areas related to independent living. I & R is often the first point of contact with our organization and works with the individual to focus on determining needs and helping the individual develop an awareness of the options available to them. Our library is a valuable resource for all people with disabilities and others, and contains publications and directories covering a broad range of disability topics as well as computer access to the internet.
